Our visiting healers from Japan specialize in four-handed massage, working in synchronized flow to support deep relaxation and full-body integration. Their approach combines massage, gentle adjustments, and a variety of supportive modalities designed to release tension, restore balance, and bring a greater sense of comfort and ease back into the body.

This offering is available for those who would like gentle support during their stay, or who wish to center their entire retreat around enhancing their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Davida Moore, our resident psychotherapist, is trained in a range of therapeutic modalities and offers a grounded, supportive presence. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may provide space for reflection, processing, and deeper self-understanding within the context of your retreat experience.

Inside of the bath house is an indoor/outdoor oasis with cedar walls, Moroccan lamp lighting and rainbow light beams scattered about, a large above-ground tub, near infrared sauna, a private rainfall shower, and bathroom.

The cleanses we facilitate are based on the exact instructions from the creators of them.  We have the books on hand for you to learn more, so you can be informed and empowered about the entire process.

Relationship Standards is a specific modality that Tiffany holds a certification in to share these teachings.  She has guided hundreds of people through this process over the years.  Typically, the offerings are shared in a group structure, but this work truly is best 1-on-1.  Not only will you be guided on how to develop your relationship standards for ALL relationships, you will be coached through the hard parts of sharing your truth about how you desire to relate.  This offering will lovingly hold you accountable to make the shifts necessary for you to live within the epic goals you have for yourself.

We make everything here in our kitchen, with food grade items from our pantry and farm.  Our aim is to provide self care products that recreate what our ancestors used. All of the fancy skin care products on the market are inspired by the original beauty guru, Mother Nature.
 
We provide you with the treatments you would like, and you are then able to apply them on your own.  By allowing you to facilitate your own treatments, we show you that you can do it again and again wherever you may travel.
