Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Deposit

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit is always committed to the original participant and retreat date and cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a one-time transfer of all paid funds (excluding the deposit) to:

    • A different retreat date (subject to availability), or

    • Another person who can attend in your place.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, and no transfers will be offered.

Transfer Conditions

  • Transfers are only allowed once and must be requested more than 30 days in advance of the retreat start date.

  • The $500 deposit remains tied to the original person and date, regardless of transfer.

No-Shows & Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for participants who leave the retreat early, for any reason.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and unforeseen emergencies.

Returns on Goods

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
